Stakeholder Management Program

Develop insights into your own personal version of impostor syndrome, whilst understanding that other people may have a different version, and create strategies to overcome the internal saboteurs of yourself and others to create personal confidence.

About the program

How do I know I should attend this workshop? 

  1. When working on a new project, do you ask yourself, where do I start? Or who’s in or out of scope?
  2. Do you feel that you would like to have more influence with some of your stakeholders?
  3. Do you find yourself asking who can help or hinder my progress with this project?
  4. Have you ever felt, that despite your best efforts, you hit unexpected barriers to achieving your goals?  
  5. Are there some people that you find far more difficult to influence than others?

If you answer yes to most of these questions, then this workshop is for you. 

You will work on: 

  • Identifying what stakeholder management is and what the benefits are of applying it
  • Establishing who holds the power and influence 
  • Influencing stakeholder at all levels
  • Defining who your stakeholders are and creating a detailed stakeholder map
  • Building relationships and developing trust

By the end of this workshop, you will have: 
  • Explored the wider benefits of stakeholder management.
  • Recognised that there are various types of stakeholders and that they need to be managed differently.
  • Developed your own stakeholder map.
  • Worked with a range of tools and techniques designed to help you build trust, recognise and rate your current level of relationship with them.
  • Recognised who your blockers and allies are and who holds the power and influence.
  • Explored different influencing styles and mapped the ones that are most natural to you and your stakeholders.
  • Created an action plan
