We work with leading Business Schools to give students the chance to put theory to the test, practise new skills and discover what works when leadership gets real.
Business School students expect more than academic knowledge. They want opportunities to develop their leadership skills, test new approaches and take something valuable back to their careers. For programme directors, the challenge is creating those experiences in ways that complement the wider curriculum.
Every year, we deliver hundreds of workshops to more than 3,000 students at leading Business Schools, including Oxford Saïd, London Business School, Cambridge Judge and Bayes Business School.
With over 40 leadership topics to choose from, we can deliver a ready-to-go workshop or design something entirely bespoke. Whether it's an MBA, EMBA or Executive Education programme, we adapt to your participants and learning objectives, delivering everything from small-group workshops to large-scale experiences.
But it's not just about the topics we cover. It's the real-world experience our facilitators bring into the room, and the opportunity for participants to practise, experiment and turn what they've learned into something they can actually use.
We've worked with:
Jeeva Bostic-Bradley
Head of Executive MBA Programmes, Cambridge Judge Business School
Our facilitators don't just know the theory. They bring first-hand industry experience into the room, combining subject expertise with an understanding of the real challenges leaders face.
And when learning needs to get real, we bring in professionally trained actors. Through simulations and role-play, participants practise handling workplace situations, from giving feedback and influencing others to navigating conflict. In forum theatre, actors play out a professional challenge and invite participants to pause, coach the characters or step into a role themselves.
All of this brings leadership challenges to life and lets participants try different approaches in practice.
Our expert-led workshops develop the skills leaders need to make an impact, in the classroom and beyond.
More than leadership skills. A chance to step back and think about the leader you want to become.
Reaching Your Potential (RYP) is a highly engaging, reflective two-day programme designed specifically for Business School students. It creates the space to explore who they are, what matters to them and how they can align their purpose, career and life goals.
Through deep reflection and practical application, participants build the self-awareness to make more intentional choices and navigate the complex leadership challenges ahead.

HanoverI loved, loved, loved, loved and hated it in equal measure the acting sessions: loved how interactive they were. And I loved how it pushed us out of our comfort zone a fair bit. And I think there's nothing wrong with that feeling even though at the time it's awful. And I loved that the working session led us to develop our own workshop, and to partner with someone to deliver that. I thought that was brilliant.”

For over ten years the program has been a major success, thanks to the outstanding facilitators from iOpener, who worked in parallel to deliver to the same standards in both APAC and Europe."
