Advanced Coaching Program

Advanced Coaching Program

Build a team of internal coaches to support your organization with change programs, provide stretching one-to-one coaching sessions for your talent pool, newly promoted managers or high potentials, or learning on the job. Or if you just want to boost the coaching capability within your organization, we can train smaller numbers in an open program of mixed organizations.

About the program

The benefits for your organization and your teams are:

Program content and approach:

You will need a minimum of 9 nominated individuals who you believe can become great coaches. Some previous experience of management, supervision or coaching is advisable.

We:

  • Deliver three one-day modules set 6 weeks apart to enable participants to practice their new skills and embed the knowledge in between each session
  • Facilitate remote 1-1 touch base sessions in between each module
  • Provide distance learning to be completed as the programme progresses
  • Hold a development centre at the end of the 18 weeks where we observe each of the coaches applying their new knowledge and skills and provide detailed feedback on their performance and an action plan for their continued coaching development.

There is also an optional module to become and accredited Happiness at Work Consultant. In this extra remote session, we share our unique survey and data, gathered over the last 15 years, from all over the world on how to improve happiness at work. We also provide a workbook with solutions, training sessions and models to help improve the level of happiness at a team, department, or organizational level. The outcome is that you can increase the level of engagement and happiness in your organization.
