Who we are

We’re looking for an exceptional Programme Manager to join iOpener, a leadership development consultancy with over 25 years’ experience delivering high-impact programmes for global organisations and leading business schools.

This is not a junior coordination role. It’s for someone who has already run complex leadership or L&D programmes end-to-end, comfortable with senior clients, and enjoys working in environments with pace, variety, and ambiguity.

The role

You will:

• Lead complex leadership and executive education programmes from design through delivery
• Manage client conversations, often at senior levels in corporates and business schools
• Coordinate a diverse, global network of consultants, coaches, and facilitators
• Work across multiple systems, stakeholders, and moving parts
• Own quality, detail, and client experience end-to-end

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has real experience delivering complex L&D / leadership programmes end-to-end
• Is confident and credible with senior stakeholders
• Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys juggling multiple priorities
• Loves working in a small, high-trust consultancy environment
• Is comfortable working with a diverse, global faculty and client base

Package

• Salary from £28k (pro rata, depending on experience)
• Flexible working hours - around 6 hours per day between the hours of 8am-6pm and hybrid setup
• Team bonus c. 6% of annual salary
• Pension contribution
• 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
