Ruchira's deep expertise comes from her 17 years' experience in organizational effectiveness, leadership development and executive coaching. Added to this, her work in Asia, the Middle East and North Africa means she is quickly able to grasp and tackle challenging people issues.

A strategy implementation expert, she uses a unique, multi-pronged approach to ensure change is effective in areas of most vulnerability: leadership, culture and organisation design. 
She has successfully managed the entire spectrum of strategic people and process initiatives, for example mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and organisation restructuring. She is the executive coach for an international business school’s ADP program for senior level executives and affiliate faculty at several top tier business schools.

Ruchira has deep domain expertise in employee engagement and employer branding, frequently contributing to business journals on the same topic.

She holds a Masters degree in communications management and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is based in Singapore, speaks Hindi, French, and elementary Arabic, and works all over the world.
