This is not your run-of-the-mill program, it's about deep reflection and thinking about the future.

Reaching Your Potential has 3 main areas of focus: where am I now, where do I want to be, and how do I manage my journey.
Enabling students to articulate their purpose and define what’s really important helps them translate this into real-world leadership solutions to challenges they might come across now or in the future.
We know that as a business school you are not just teaching business skills - you are shaping the leaders of tomorrow. This program helps people develop the self-awareness skills that any good leader needs to have in order to navigate the complexities of leading a team or organization.
By the end of this programme, your students will:
Be able to articulate what reaching their potential means to them and craft the journey to get there
Be better equipped to align their career goals with their values, purpose and identity
Know how to deal with career blockers, challenges or dilemmas they are currently facing
Have practised the power of peer consulting to help develop and maximize opportunities to reach their potential
Have created and committed to a plan of action to tap into more of their potential
