Tom is an executive coach and organisational development consultant with over 15 years’ experience working with leaders and their teams. He is passionate about people and behaviour and has studied extensively in the field of organisational psychology.
Tom’s areas of specialism include building leadership competencies, managing difficult relationships, handling pressure, building high performing teams and creating a personal brand.
As a team coach and board facilitator, Tom enables people to have the conversations they need to have so that the whole group can move ahead. As a coach, he works at a deep level, uncovering ingrained patterns of behaviour, building relationships based on trust.
When not working, Tom leads mountaineering expeditions. He is also a keen Modern Jive and Blues dancer.
