Jo has over 20 years’ experience as a learning and development professional and a coach. Her aim is to provide practical and professional solutions that enable people to work to their strengths, engage fully with their organisations, and achieve their potential. 

Specialising in organisational effectiveness and leadership development, Jo has worked with clients across industry sectors and continents. Her background in sales and customer service management brings a client driven and commercially focused approach to her work, which is grounded in practical experience.

Jo is a professionally qualified career counsellor and executive coach, qualified in post-graduate level. She is also a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, holds a post graduate diploma in human resource management and is a member of the National Council of Psychotherapists.
