Heather started coaching to help people grow, flourish and achieve their potential. Honored to walk alongside leaders in their journeys of becoming, she was delighted by their enhanced performance and wellbeing.

Over time, however, Heather felt a growing sense of unease as our social, economic and environmental crises worsened. It was becoming clear for her that she was just helping people to survive in broken systems. Her aspiration now, is to support leaders in reimagining the future –transforming the systems - and thereby contribute to a more sustainable, equitable, joyful world.
