Floyd is an International Sales and Management Consultant providing staff training and development at Global Companies for over 20 years.

Regarding presentation and communication skills, Floyd was recently a keynote speaker at a Pfizer Conference in Vienna for European Senior Oncologists, covering “Optimising Physician-Patient
Interactions”. Floyd’s sessions are extremely lively, interactive and only occasionally irreverent, with the emphasis being on really practical and useful, usable tools…delegates invariably leave with added confidence and a spring in their step.

Life prior to consultancy was in the travel industry, with stints at Horizon and Thomson Holidays, as well as 2 spells with PGL, the European leader in schools’ educational and outdoor trips. His 15 minutes of fame came during this period, when as Managing Director, he starred in the BBC program ‘Back To The Floor’, still available on YouTube, much to his kids’ embarrassment...

Cycling, running, walking, swimming, paddleboarding and the occasional trip to the gym help Floyd keep his energy levels high!
