Eveline’s approach to coaching is grounded in the firm conviction that as individuals and teams, everything we need to thrive is already within us. Two of the biggest challenges that leaders face are a lack of focus and an inability to deal with complexity and the accompanying uncertainty and uncomfortable emotions that come with it.

She believes that coaching is a special type of conversation with the intention to raise awareness so that the coachee, who is in the spotlight, is challenged and supported to take radical responsibility and ownership for their choices in life and work. She loves working with leaders who are open to look in a different direction and try a different coaching approach.
