Senior Leadership Programme: Communications industry
The Need
The organisation wanted to equip senior leaders to lead transformation with greater authenticity, resilience, and strategic influence. The goal was to strengthen self-awareness and collaboration while bridging trust and communication gaps between senior leaders and the Executive Committee.
What We Did
We designed and delivered a six-month blended programme for 18 Senior Leaders, combining in-person modules, virtual touchpoints, and interview-based 360° feedback. The experience focused on both inner and outer leadership — building confidence, storytelling, and influence — through experiential learning, peer coaching, and actor-led simulations.
The Impact
Participant feedback was outstanding, with an average rating of 4.7/5 for relevance and overall experience. Leaders reported greater authenticity, confidence, and impact in how they communicate and lead through change. The programme also revealed key opportunities for executive and strategic alignment and inspired ongoing initiatives to sustain leadership growth across the organisation.
