  • A 'Thinking Partner': Jill believes that building trust with her clients is key to coaching at a deeper and therefore more meaningful level. This is crucial in order to address the ambitions, issues, and barriers that actually matter to you and bring them alive.
  • Insightful & Intuitive: by asking the right questions and listening deeply to what you bring to the sessions, Jill will help you to see things in a different light.
  • Motivational: we all have times in our life when we need extra resilience and motivation to push us to “the next level”.  She’ll be there with you to support and energise you, helping you to develop a focused, healthy and balanced framework within which you can achieve your ambitions in a sustainable way.
  • Knowledgeable: Jill has years of experience as a psychologist which means that she has a very rich understanding of people and employs a diverse toolkit, ranging from working on leadership presence, motivating and enabling others to conflicts with colleagues, to creating a healthy and balanced daily routine.
