Born in Oxford, UK, iOpener has spent more than 20 years helping leaders and organisations around the world learn, grow and perform at their best.

Our motto - making leadership, learning and life better - reflects what we’re here to do: we create practical, experiential development that makes leadership more effective, learning more engaging and, ultimately, working life (and indeed life itself!) better.

Underpinning it all is our pioneering research into the Science of Happiness at Work™, exploring the connection between happiness, performance and potential since 2005.

Today, we bring our thinking, our expertise and our experience to organisations and leading Business Schools around the world, creating learning that goes beyond theory and makes a difference where it matters.
